What material is your jewellery made of?
All products are designed by us and hand-made in sterling silver or plated with 24 carat gold.
How do I buy your jewellery?

What are your shipping charges?
We have a whole order postage charge for all orders. All UK orders cost £1.90 and are sent out 1st class Recorded Delivery so require a signature. All international orders are sent via the insured service Airsure where possible and cost £8.90.
How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?
We post 5 days a week so your purchase will be with you quickly. Within the UK items are posted out 1st class, to the rest of the world the items will be sent via Airsure. Expect delivery within 3 days within the UK and 5-10 for the rest of the world.
If shipping costs aren’t listed for your country in our shop then please send us a message and we’ll add that option.
What is your returns policy?
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase so please do get in touch if you have any concerns about the item you have received.
Unfortunately, custom orders can not be returned.
For other items if you aren’t happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued (minus the delivery cost) once the item (in it’s original condition) is received by us. Please return the item to us in original packaging within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please send the item by an insured method as we take no responsibility for items lost in the post on their return.
If the item is found to be faulty then we will refund the total amount, including postage.
We will keep proof of postage for all items so if an item appears to be delayed in the post please contact us.
